Stephanie Smith, also known as Steph Smith, is an established real estate developer, cannabis activist, psilocybin advocate, a wannabe surf goddess, professional bohemian and a mother of five kids who currently resides in Pacific Palisades. Besides, she is the founding principal of Industrial Partners Group (IPG), a leading commercial, industrial, and cannabis real estate development company, which owns over two million square feet of industrial space, mostly in southern California. Steph manages the acquisitions, operations, and finances of IPG. She combines her fifteen years of experience in real estate development with an environmental passion to push IPG projects towards green construction, solar, and water reclamation techniques.
